Your controls
Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer of the homepage or any tool page to allow or withdraw optional analytics. Withdrawal stops future GA4 events and clears the site’s GA cookies. Advertising choices are separate and can be reopened through “Ad privacy choices” when Google’s consent message is available. Browser site-data controls clear local preferences.
Time conversion and sunrise calculations do not require your exact device location. The city selector uses published city-centre coordinates. Public tools require no account.
Questions and updates
Send privacy questions to [email protected], addressed to Admin. This policy will be updated when the website’s actual services change. Third-party providers describe their own retention and processing in their policies.
Which choices stay on this device?
Your saved world cities, clock format and selected city are browser preferences. Opening the site on another device does not transfer them. Clearing this website’s local data resets those choices; it does not change a calendar invitation already downloaded.
The public time and calendar tools do not require a login or identity documents. For an email correction, share only the page, selected inputs and evidence needed to explain the issue.
Planning preferences and usage events
The daily dashboard can store your chosen Indian city, saved festival IDs, planning checklist selections, a previous dashboard visit date and converter city/time shortcuts in this browser. They are not account records and do not sync across devices. Clear these planning preferences.
Calendar reminders download locally. A calendar subscription is fetched by your chosen calendar service; that service has its own privacy practices. IndiaTime does not collect an email address for these features.
When analytics is allowed, completed actions such as time copying, valid conversions, calendar downloads and successful saves are measured separately from browsing interactions. These events contain action and tool categories, not typed searches, email addresses, checklist text or saved meeting combinations. Page addresses sent by the site omit query strings and fragments. Development previews and an explicitly enabled internal-testing browser are excluded from this tracking.
